Steps to Reproduce

  1. equipped armor pack II enhancement to guardian's loadout
  2. guardian's armor only goes up to 66 (+6) instead of 78 (+18)

Explanation

the armor pack II enhancement, when equipped to guardian, only boosts armor by 6 points, instead of 18 points
