Steps to Reproduce

1. was trying to type out a chat message during the elevator loading screen
2. did not send the message; deleted by holding down delete key
3. screen faded to black as message was wiped
4. could not input anything after level loaded (walk, attack, open menu, etc.)
5. looked like I had two crosshairs
6. had to reopen game

Explanation

potential softlock: unable to input anything after elevator transition.
