Steps to Reproduce

1. Press C in the Ramrod while doing activities
2. Click the report bug button and have the Steam friend invite open

Explanation

Call Ellis and Invite Friends key cannot be rebound as separate keys, causing interruption to gameplay mid Ramrod activities (e.g. weights being interrupted by accidental C key press). Reporting a bug also opens the Steam Invite Friends menu, causing issues with reporting future bugs.
