Cosmetic Unlocks Not Reflecting Terminal Experience Gains

Steps to Reproduce

1. I used a cheat terminal to give myself experience for leveling up my dwarves.
2. I was earning experience along with these, and I was also progressing with the terminal quests related to increasing my character's experience.
3. I collected the rewards from the terminal (armor paintjobs), but they aren't showing up in the customization terminal.
4. Restarting didn't help, but the quests are still considered complete.

Explanation

Greetings! For some reason, I'm missing some cosmetics for many classes. For example, on Recton, Spotter, and Falconer, only the color schemes obtained through tickets are available, while those unlocked through the terminal by increasing experience levels are somehow unavailable, even though I've completed those steps.
