Steps to Reproduce

1. Be any character other than the character that receives the cosmetic reward from the Operations Command terminal task
2. Claim the cosmetic reward
3. The cosmetic reward is not given to the designated character

Explanation

If you are Class A and you unlock an armor paintjob task for Class B from the Operations Command terminal, the armor paintjob is not awarded to Class B at all. I was Spotter, unlocked the first armor paintjob task for Retcon, and checked the wardrobe terminal, Retcon did not have the first armor paintjob. Switched my character to Retcon, unlocked Retcon's next armor paintjob task, checked the wardrobe terminal, and received the armor paintjob.
