Steps to Reproduce

1. Equip at least one Synergy booster card
2. Equip a high fire-rate weapon like Drak or Zhukovs
3. Deploy Falcon and start shooting
4. Observe if the meter recharges when Falcon is active
5. Retrieve Falcon when it loses all charges
6. Start shooting again and observe if the meter recharges properly

Explanation

Synergy booster upgrade doesn't work when Falcon is deployed and actively flying around.
