Steps to Reproduce

1. Start the ascension cutscene to promote
2. Disband the team to reload (it's faster than waiting...)
3. If you'd be given a new pickaxe head, you don't get it.
4. Can be fixed by doing the ascension cutscene again on that tier and waiting to be granted the pickaxe head.

Explanation

Ascension pickaxe head not given if ascension cutscene doesn't finish.
