Steps to Reproduce

1. As the client, start the game with any class.
2. Select Minigun from the heavy weapon crate.
3. Get the artifact 'Super Strapped' from the Sentinel.
4. Then you'll notice that the Minigun's max ammo hasn't increased.

Explanation

As the client, Lead Storm Minigun does not benefit from the "+100% max ammo" effect of the Artifact "Super strapped”.
