Steps to Reproduce

1. Fill ELLIS with expedite to the point it offers upgrade
2. make sure you are next to him while continuing to mine more
3. pick your upgrade while in middle of mining then close out the menu

Explanation

While mining expedite, if you get an upgrade after filling up ELLIS, once you pick it, you come out of the menu automatically swinging pickaxe
