Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the game
2. Experience lag during the first two cutscenes (in-game, not the developer talk)
3. The screen freezes during the cutscenes
4. Still able to skip the first cutscene

Explanation

the first Cutscene of the text with hoxxes (drg found the new mineral) and the space rig was stutter for me, with 100% of cpu but says 120fps it lags until the screen freezes but sound continues and i can skip, but the next cutscene of the bed also stutters and freeze the screens until the game starts, from them the game runs normal, could be the game preset be on ultra from default on weak hardware
