Steps to Reproduce
- Run the game
- Under UI settings, activate 'Show FPS counter'
- Under Graphics settings, set Upscaling setting to AMD FidelityFX 3.1
- Under Graphics settings, change 'FidelityFX 3.1 Quality' setting and exit the menu to check the FPS
- Repeat step 4 with different quality presets, as of now they all result in identical performance, and, as far as I can tell, visuals, so they are not actually getting applied.
Explanation
AMD FSR 3.1 (AMD FidelityFX 3.1) implementation is bugged, all quality settings have identical performance (e.g. Native AA is same as Ultra Performance or any other setting). This is on 9070 XT GPU, I tried this with FSR4 override both enabled and disabled, and both have this behavior (but FSR4 override applies correctly, the difference in quality is obvious, so FSR itself seems to be working, it's just the quality settings that are not getting applied).
Also activating FSR 3.1 switches "Anti-Aliasing" setting to "TAA", not sure if this is a problem or not, but as I understand FSR also handles anti-aliasing, so TAA is not actually being used with FSR active.
