Steps to Reproduce

1. Saw right after start and pressed buttons for a second
2. Saw again when opened menus in Tutorial and pressed pad buttons for couple seconds to enter Controls

Explanation

I use Sony controller, no Steam Input.
And in the menus sometimes cursor starts to crawl down indefinitely.
