Steps to Reproduce

1. Ran the game
2. Switched to Windowed mode using Alt+Enter
3. Moved the game window to Display #2
4. Observed mouse cursor drifting down
5. Additional information: had Sony gamepad connected on and off, not sure if important
6. Additional information: Display #2 is TV and set 'above' Display #1 in displays positions
