Steps to Reproduce

1. Play the game in fullscreen 2560x1440
2. While playing, pressing 'Enter' to chat seems to trigger it (bug doesn't happen every session I've played)
3. Adjusting resolution between, for example, 1920x1080 and 2560x1440 doesn't always stick and breaks the game, stretching the UI off-screen
4. Alt-tabbing seems to cause a lot of problems, including this 'Enter' minimizing window bug

Explanation

When playing in fullscreen mode, pressing the "Enter" key to open chat at different points like loading screens causes the game to convert to a small window that has to be maximized again. This bug breaks fullscreen and causes the game to remain in a windowed mode that also throws off accuracy of the cursor (where cursor is pointing is not equal to where it should be in the game, so I have to click under or above a button such as when claiming upgrades to target it properly). The "Enter" bug also breaks resolution settings. Additonally, pressing alt+tab when in fullscreen causes a long delay transition and my monitor to turn off briefly. The result is that the only stable way to play is windowed fullscreen.
