Late Joining Players Cannot Unlock Bio Booster

Steps to Reproduce

1. Joined a game in progress with 2 others
2. Tried to interact with the bio booster and noticed nothing would happen
3. Observed that the other 2 players who joined late also failed with what seemed to be the same error
4. The host unlocked the booster successfully
5. The game functioned completely normal after

Explanation

All players who seemed to join a mission late were unable to unlock the bio booster, only the host could as everyone else had joined late, I am unsure if this would have occured with any players who had joined at the same time. An attempt to interact would seem to attempt the action, then stop and return control to the character.
