Steps to Reproduce
- Get to boss
- Activate all rift stones
- Finish first phase and throw in rift stone
- Finish second phase and throw in rift stone
Explanation
I was fighting the Gotoorak Gatekeeper. We had thrown one rift stone in, and then when I threw the second stone it took out his 3rd HP as well.
