Steps to Reproduce

1. I was in the elevator going from floor 1 to 2.
2. I was spamming the jump key and took a bunch of damage suddenly.

Explanation

Jumping in the elevator when approaching a new floor can result in major damage taken. I lost all my armor and about half health
