Unable to equip secondary shotgun on grenade slot

Steps to Reproduce

1. Pick spotter
2. Try to select a secondary from a workbench
3. Select slot 4

Explanation

When playing as spotter I was trying to equip a secondary shotgun. All options were greyed out except my primary and my ammo, but I was able to equip it on slot 4 which apparently is my grenade slot making the weapon unsuable.
