The "Run History" section is showing that I've lost a run when I didn't

Run history shows my first mission as a loss when it was win. I am also unable to change the screenshot included with submission.

I'm playing together with my friends, and my mission history says the mission is lost while my friend that hosted the game has the exact same mission as reclaimed.

Went through a full mission, reclaimed the facility. Looking at the Run Hisotry, it displays LOST. Teammate, looks at his history for the same run, and it says Reclaimed.

Reclaimed a facility, previous missions lists it as failed. Please address.
