Steps to Reproduce

1. We played missions like normal
2. Took a look at the mission history

Explanation

We did a mission in a group of 4, two players have the mission as "reclaimed" in the mission history log and 2 players have it as "lost". No one was down at the end of the mission and none of us disconnected.
