Steps to Reproduce

1. Have a downed team with one person still alive
2. Go down a level
3. On loading in on the next level, you might clip or fall through the floor and instantly go down

Explanation

When I went down with my three teammates down, I instantly went down when reaching the next floor. It seems that I somehow clipped through the floor or something similiar and went instantly down when I reached the next floor.
