Steps to Reproduce

1. Switching from UI tab to Graphics tab in the Options

Explanation

Switching from UI tab to Graphics tab, kept the same spot on the scroll bar instead of resetting when going to another tab, also was my first time on the tab so it's not like it kept my position from being in it previously.
