Steps to Reproduce

1. Seem to have been existing since start, but overlay on tutorial made it difficult to notice.
2. It kept going in the hub and now in my first mission.
3. Even when paused, the character is blurry.
4. Tried changing some settings to fix it and have not made any fixes.

Explanation

General bluriness, especially on edges of screen
