Game Crashes PC Upon Minimizing During Loading Screens

Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch the game Fullscreen and tab out during loading screen
2. Launch the game Fullscreen and tab out during window mode
3. Launch the game Fullscreen and tab out during fullscreen window mode

Explanation

When i tab out of the game, it crashes my entire pc. I have no faulty windows files, and i just did a clean install of my Gpu drivers. It appears to happen when i tab out of the game during loading screens(not sure about only loading screens). But the game freezes and when i try to close it don't work. So i try to use task manager, and when i close the game using TSM my 2nd monitor goes black, and my pc freezes and i can't get it running without hard rebooting my pc. I'm not sure what could be the issue other than that my ram in TSM was well above normal usage. The game seems to break more consistently when i'm in fullscreen mode, but it still happens when im in window fullscreen or just windowed.
