Steps to Reproduce

  1. Since this was a result of cave generation, it could not be reproduced.

Explanation

looks like the core portal on stage four spawned in in a manner the blocked the tunnel to the actual room. Slowed down mission progress greatly with no drills and since Cooper wouldnt drill it.
