Steps to Reproduce

1. Try and run RogueCore.exe in admin mode
2. Launch the game in steam

Explanation

Game bugs out when launching when set to run as admin

I was troubleshooting a different issue and I set RogueCore.exe to run as admin and after the GSG logo shows, steam would pop up with a message saying RC is attempting to launch with optional parameters shown below: RougeCore -disablemodding

Each time I tried to run it, even if I accepted it and continued, it'd just add RogueCore -disablemodding to the message and keep doing it, until I manually removed run as admin
