Steps to Reproduce

1. Return from a mission after satisfying an intel requirement
2. Collect said intel
3. Join a multiplayer game
4. OMEGA's voicelines should be repeating

Explanation

OMEGA's "intel collected" voiceline keeps repeating every time I open the mission terminal.
