Arkenstout Beer Does Not Freeze Player in DRG

Steps to Reproduce

1. I did the quest to unlock the Arkenstout beer.
2. I checked the visual effects of the beer, which were fine.
3. I observed that my dwarf did not freeze after drinking the beer.
4. I assumed that the dwarf should freeze after drinking the beer.
5. I tried drinking the beer again to see if the issue persisted.
6. I had the same results as before, with the dwarf not freezing.
7. I was using Retcon mod during the test.
8. The first time I drank the beer, I was riding on top of the roomba.

Explanation

Arkenstout beer does not freeze the player like in DRG.
