#4450 Contingency Plan Not Working During Leech Encounter

I haven't used it yet all match.
I died a few times though.
The entire team wiped, and I died from a Leech.
Perhaps the leech, doing a bunch of single attacks while it s***** me in, disabled the Contingency Plan.
I was also triggering the Freeze buff (idk what it's called yet, but every time you take damage, it freezes stuff).
That's the only reason I knew I was taking periodic damage as I was eaten.
Took some time for the match to end, because I had to get to the end of the leech s***, but after all of that, there was no Contingency plan.
I guess because I was in the Leech's grasp.
