Steps to Reproduce
- Lure a test subject bulk detonator to the generator.
- Let it explode on it (While it's inactive)
Explanation
The elevator generator was permanently damaged and unable to repaired. (Though still functioned normally, it was displaying alarms and OMEGA was repeating it was damaged)
