Steps to Reproduce

1. Hit Q and left click to set Retcon's time
2. Release Q during the animation and hit right click
3. The game will still think Q is held and rewind Retcon to the set time, wasting the ability

Explanation

Pressing Right Click quickly after using Retcon's Time Rewind ability instantly returns her to her set time, even if the Q button was released after activation, causing the ability to be wasted. This is likely to happen to many players who wish to mine or melee after using the ability
