Steps to Reproduce

  1. Disconnected from a mission mid game due to connection issues
  2. Opened the Handbook in the Player room

Explanation

Interacting with the Handbook inside the player rooms, after disconnecting from a mission caused the background to become extremely low resolution and scramble all over the screen. The handbook information itself was uneffected.
