Steps to Reproduce

  1. Fall down elevator shaft
  2. Kick out vent
  3. Walk onto vent
  4. Wheeee!

Explanation

Kicked out the vent after I fell down the elevator shaft and when I walked on top of said vent I got flung outside the ship into space
