FPS lag during flare usage

Steps to Reproduce

1. During the elevator sequence, me and my 3 friends all sent all our flares out.

Explanation

Flare FPS lag. Seems like having lots of flares active causes a huge framerate dip. It was only temporary- and didn't freeze or crash anyone- but you may want to look into why that happens. Considering thats only 16 flares there may be some significant performance issues with them.
