Steps to Reproduce

1. multiplayer private lobby with 2 people
2. both worked out to unlock first round of drinks
3. purchased black h*** drinks and drank them
4. all quest required drinks not unlocked were free afterwards besides character level locked ones

Explanation

Drinks that need quests to unlock will be purchased without charge before quest is completed
