Steps to Reproduce

1. Use a laptop with AMD R7 5800H CPU and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Laptop GPU.
2. Launch RC.
3. Configure in the tutorial as shown in the screenshot.
4. Observe that G-Helper suggests CPU temperature stays above 90 degrees Celsius.
5. Verify that the laptop works well with other games like Helldivers 2 without frequent thermal throttling.
6. Request optimization for AMD CPU in RC.

Explanation

The game running on AMD CPU causes severe CPU thermal throttling.
