Steps to Reproduce

  1. Stand on boulder rammer lift and activate it.
  2. Throw a flare in the direction of movement.
  3. It does not inherit momentum and is thrown behind the player.

Explanation

Flares do not inherit momentum from sideways lifts (e.g. boulder rammer).
