UI Font Size Resets to Default Despite Changes

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open settings
2. Navigate to UI
3. Change font size to values like 14 or 15
4. Exit settings
5. Change to chat font size will work initially
6. Font size will revert back to 13 after a minute or so
7. Font size will also become small when in a match despite having value 13

Explanation

Changing the font size in UI settings does not save, it seems to be revert to the value 13 even after changing to higher values like 14 or 15. On top of that if you want value 14, set it to 15 to achieve that. Exit settings after setting it to 15, then come back and it will say its at 14. Then after some time, it goes back to 13.
