Character becomes unstuck after bio-injector and mule upgrade sequence

Steps to Reproduce

1. Initiate bio-injector animation
2. Trigger the mule upgrade
3. Finish the upgrading and animation session
4. Then voila, I got stuck

Explanation

during the animation lock of bio-injector my teammate summon the mule into the area and at during the animation lock it triggers the mule upgrade session. after i finish the bio and upgrade session my character cannot jump, and pick axe and i cannot move. my teammate have to down me and revive me to unstuck my character.
