Steps to Reproduce

1. Using a Xbox elite bluetooth controller
2. Switching between that controller and mouse with keyboard

Explanation

Not a bug so much per say. There is quite a significant delay in response time using a controller on bluetooth. I thought it was a performance issue, but even turing it to the lowest setting it still had the delay. When I moved my mouse by accident, the delay was completly gone even with graphics on high and ultra.
