Steps to Reproduce

1. get grabbed by a reaperworm through the wall

Explanation

Grabbed by a reaperworm through the wall and took 90% of my armor and health before the bot could find me, once freed, i was stuck in a wall for a second and as soon as I got out of it and got my bearings, it grabbed me again causing a full solo kill from it and costed me the mission. A secondary bug was that my camera was stuck staring at the elevator.
