Unable to Place Sentry Turrets Post-Recall

Steps to Reproduce

1. use the recall
2. put down the turrets while in the recall
3. recall and check that the turrets show 2/2

Explanation

I can't place any sentry turrets again even though it shows 2/2 turrets, after taking ammo resupplies I still can't place it down. I used my recall and placed turrets in the recall duration and after that I cant place them down anymore I did a total of 2? recalls both worked during the recall but not anymore after that
