Steps to Reproduce

Choose heavy weapon crate as the reward for next level
Call Ellis for weapon crate
Ellis freezes mid air

Explanation

The mission was softlocked when our team reached level 3/5, we chose a heavy weapon crate when we came down on our elevator, but when we try to call Ellis for unlocking the heavy weapon crate, it stuck in the sky.
