Steps to Reproduce

1. Someone starts hacking a bio-enhancer in coop
2. That same person then disconnects from the game
3. have other players try and interact with bio-enhancer

Explanation

I was hosting a four player random lobby and we ran into a bug where a player was hacking the Bio-enhancer and then they disconnected in the middle of the hack. Once they left, we tried interacting with the Bio-enhancer but with no luck, it was shaking like someone was still hacking it. Basically got locked out from that bio-enhancer on that level
