Boss Freeze During Final Phase of Molaktula Gatekeeper Fight

Steps to Reproduce

1. Started the Molaktula Gatekeeper boss
2. Mined 3 veins of Expenite with Cooper but didn't deposit
3. Ran into the corridor between the boss room & the previous room
4. Depleted the Molaktula's blue healthbar, activating its next phase
5. The boss stays completely stationary while invulnerable spawning its area denial things constantly underneath it

Explanation

During the final fight with the Molaktula Gatekeeper it stopped moving completely while invincible and nothing else is happening. The orb that needs to be thrown into the Riftgate is nowhere to be found. I looked through the entire map for it and couldn't find it if it was meant to spawn. The boss was in a corridor between rooms when it stopped doing anything
