Steps to Reproduce
- Boot the Title
- Progress through the tutorial
- Progress through the game, until reaching player level 3, make sure to save up 2000 blue points
- Navigate to the Operations Command Terminal and interact with it
- Click the 'Unlock Deployment' button on the left of the UI
- Observe, that one or both of the biomes in the deployment are unavailable to the player
- If both biomes of the deployment are available to the player, reroll the deployment. This might take a few tries, but I got it to occur on both initial purchase, and the 1/day reroll
Explanation
Player can get Deployment for A Biome that they have not unlocked yet
When a player unlocks a deployment, there is a chance that its objective will be on a biome that the player does not have access to yet. This can be a big issue, because at level 3, which is when the player can buy a deployment, the 2000 blue points that it costs is a large expense
