Steps to Reproduce

1. Dig a h*** in the wall off the ground
2. Jump in so you vault
3. Get grabbed or exploded or both, not too sure what happened
4. Fall into the endless abyss :)

Explanation

Dug a h*** into the wall to climb into jumped and I believe started vaulting, saw what was probably an explosion in my face and think I got grabbed by something and next thing I know I'm falling through the floor into the void.
