Steps to Reproduce

  1. When I go into the terminal and hover over the difficulty levels that I can scroll on the mouse wheel
  2. The cursor starts sticking to one point

Explanation

In any place where there is an option to scroll through text (in the upgrade vote, in the equipment set terminals and also in the QUEST TERMINAL ) the cursor sticks to one point and makes it impossible to interact with terminals
