Input Lockup After Closing Upgrade Screen

Steps to Reproduce

1. Deposit enough Expenite to reach an upgrade.
2. Be holding a key when the Screen appears.
3. If you are still holding the key when the Screen closes, no input will be registered. For example, if you're holding W to move forward, your reclaimer will stand still.
4. Releasing and pressing the key again causes inputs to be received again.

Explanation

Control inputs need to be reset after leaving the R.E.P.D. Upgrade Screen. Maybe not on controller, but certainly on keyboard+mouse.
