Steps to Reproduce

  1. Fire Thunderhead somewhere near a pre-made building like elevators or events

Explanation

When firing thunderhead, the rounds exploaded on some invisible collisions (mostly near some buildings like elevator or the "black box" event where you stand in a circle and when it does explode, there is a lot of damage numbers as if I had hitted a lot of enemies, even tho there were none.
